British Police Fell Race, Rothbury - 10miles / 1900feet
13th place - 1hr 26mins 12secs

I wouldn't really call that a fell race, not enough walking and too much road.
It did include the climb of Simonside though, which had a decent descent.
Very nice place Rothbury too.
Shame I ran like a lemon, well and truly trounced by Andy B and Christine Howard.
Could be a long way before a repeat of my scalping of Malcolm Fowler at Wasdale.
We discussed a suitable Cumbrian route for next year in the pub - the gnarlier the better!
