Alpe d'Huez

7th to 14th January 2006

Still out of action on the fell running front.
Had a superb trip to the slopes of Alpe d'Huez with the nobs from FMC.
My skiing is still piss poor but I managed to end the week on some steep reds without blubbing.
Weather amazing. Apres ski not bad either. Hotel food was damn good too and I'm now a stone over racing weight.

Ribble Valley 10k road race at Clitheroe. Results
Watching other people race when one is crocked is not a jolly spectator sport. Boo.
Was a very strong field including our local international Helen Clitheroe.
Surprised to see Jack and Jamie, all the way from my old club Cambuslang Harriers in Glasgow.
